Sieben nicht aneinanderpassende Fragmente erhalten; Fragment CIL 13, 07466, 5 = Jacobi Nr. 5e in zwei Teile gebrochen. Maße beziehen sich auf die Rekonstruktion. Maße Fragment CIL 13, 07466, 1: (9) x (13) x (7) cm; 2: (12) x (20) x (9) cm; 3: (15) x (21) x(5) cm; 4: (25) x (20) x (20) cm; 5: (21) x 34) x (16) cm; 6: (9) x (10,5) x (9,5) cm; Maße des Fragments mit den Buchstaben ""VER"" (Z. 1) nicht bekannt. Ein achtes Fragment (Jacobi Nr. 5f) (= HD080673), das nach Jacobi möglicherweise ebenfalls zugehörig ist, muss nach CIL 13, 07466 von einem anderen Denkmal stammen. Fundjahr: Fragmente 1-6: 1855-1857; Fragment ""VER"" (Z. 1): 1908.
