Commentary
Altar oder Basis / Statuenbasis. Z. 2: offensichtlich schrieb der Steinmetz das P hinter O zunächst versehentlich doppelt und musste aus Platzgründen dann INC ligieren; nachdem er seinen Fehler bemerkt hatte, verbesserte er das zweite P zu einer IN-Ligatur; das folgende C stand dann dann wieder separat; die nun ungültigen Buchstabenteile wurden vermutlich übertüncht. Z. 3: S scheint aus I oder L korrigiert zu sein. (B): CIL 13, 11949; Mattern: Z. 2: abweichende Lesung.
